Dyllon Started work with 3-D in September of 2011 as a locator assistant. During his time with us we knew him as a fresh young man out of High School looking for a career. It didn’t take Dyllon long to learn the roles and responsibilities in his position and showed a strong interest in the One Call Management area of our company. He continued on through the first couple years here as being known as one of the easiest guys to get along with and work with. Everyone enjoyed his presence on projects and his personality made the days enjoyable for those around him; especially when he would visit the office staff. There never was a time where we walked away not laughing.
We soon came to the decision to move Dyllon up to the Locate Technician Position for he was showing us that he was more than skilled and completed his skill assessments and training for this specific position.
Since then he is known as our “One Call guy”. Dyllon has been all around these past few years looking after our company’s One Call Management division and is continuing to do a wonderful job. Our clients are being taken care of and request for Dyllon to be on most of their job sites for his experience and first-hand knowledge of their specific work areas of the years that he continues to work around. This makes us very proud owners to have our clients request our employees on a first name basis. This is also something that our employees should be very proud of in their own accomplishments.
We are so proud of Dyllon and his accomplishments at 3-D over these past 5 years. Michael & I personally have seen him grown into a intelligent, respected young man that is talented at what he came here to inspire to do. Congratulations Dyllon on this accomplishment and we cannot wait to see where you continue to advance your career in our company as part of a vital asset to our 3-D Team.
